To make a purchase, simply select the items you would like to order and add them to your shopping cart. You can then proceed through the checkout process and make a secure online payment using your credit card (Visa & Mastercard) or PayPal account. Once you have successfully placed your order, you will receive an automatic email confirmation.
You don’t need to register for an account to place an order but having an account enables you to save your personal information and review previous orders. Please note that we do not retain any payment information within your account.

By law, we are required to charge GST on all orders. Prices are shown exclusive of GST which is calculated on check out.
Delivery
All deliveries within New Zealand are shipped by Post at the following rates (you will have the option to select your rate when placing an order):
- Standard Flat rate (All orders) — $18
- Express (1-2 business days) — $45.00
- Free Delivery Subject to promotional offer
Export orders outside of New Zealand are subject to size, weight and delivery methods at time of shipping. Please contact us for options.
Orders placed Monday through Friday by 12:00 pm NZST (excluding public holidays) are usually despatched within 1 to 2 working days (Maximum 10 working days) under normal circumstances.
Urgent/Express orders can be shipped same day subject to availability. Orders placed Saturday and Sunday will normally ship on the following Monday (excluding holidays).
Once your order is despatched, you’ll receive an email notification with the tracking information.
Please note that the tracking information can take up to 24 hours to update after your order has been dispatched.
If outside New Zealand, as the recipient, you are liable for all import duties, customs and local sales taxes levied by the country you are shipping to. Payment of these is necessary to release your order from customs on arrival. Unfortunately, we are unable to advise on the exact amount of such charges since they are specific to each location.
